Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of the Game Drive marketing team.
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee the strategy, coordination, and execution of campaigns for clients and their games. You’ll lead a small talented team and work closely together to deliver actions that make an impact. Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of game marketing and strong communication skills. We’re looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and independent team player to help us push Game Drive to the next level.

Your duties
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies
• Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and actions
• Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects, goals and tasks
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Supervise and mentor the marketing team
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
• Oversee the creation and quality assurance of marketing materials, from social media content to promotional assets
• Organize the production of branded products for the purpose of marketing, such as merchandise and stationery
• Maintain marketing databases, inventories, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the team, and ensure the team delivers and follows the agreed upon processes and practices
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Identify new opportunities, trends, and innovations to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness

Skills required
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the video game industry
• Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, including social media, content marketing, and influencer outreach
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Natural leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in turning data into actionable strategies
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and multiple deadlines
• Affinity with video games, able to generate enthusiasm and empathy for each project
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), planning and collaboration tools (e.g. Trello, Jira)

HR-/Office Manager

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires native or near-native fluency in Dutch. 

We zoeken een HR-/Office professional voor ons Game Drive team.

Als HR-/Office Manager zul je het management ondersteunen door de HR- en office taken binnen het bedrijf op
je te nemen en adviserend te werk gaan om de gezondheid van onze medewerkers op peil te houden en een
sociaal motiverend klimaat te onderhouden.

Je werkzaamheden

• HR zaken managen en op operationeel niveau uitvoeren, waaronder de personeelsadministratie
• Werving van nieuwe medewerkers
• Het begeleiden van medewerkers in hun ontwikkelbehoeftes
• Administratieve en facilitaire taken uitvoeren
• Vraagstukken van ons accountant kantoor ondervangen en salarisadministratie uitvoeren
• Continue werken aan verbeteringen van het kantoorklimaat
• Het (her)inrichten en optimaliseren van Office- en HR-systemen
• Ondersteuning van de agenda en info- en HR email box
• Organiseren van teamuitjes en (inspirerende) events
• Managen en updaten van de ‘Risico-inventarisatie en -evaluatie’ (RI&E)
• Opzetten van NDA’s en contracten van medewerkers
• Meedenken met het verbeteren van personeels- en kantoorzaken
• Fungeren als sparringpartner/ adviseur voor collega’s en management
• Personeelsbeleid voortdurend toetsen aan bestaande wet- en regelgeving
• Kantooraanwezigheid gewenst

Jouw profiel

• Afgeronde Bachelor of masterdiploma op het gebied van HRM, Office Management of vergelijkbaar
• Recente ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
• Goed georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en een echte planner
• Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands én Engels; mondeling en schriftelijk
• Zorgzaam, empathisch en betrouwbaar
• Hands-on, zelfstandig, en in staat om in processen te denken
• Pré: kennis van de game industrie/ affiniteit met games
• Pré: ervaring met Loket, Exact, basisprincipes ICT
